Ingredients include the following:
- 2 tablespoons: coconut oil
- 1/4 cup: hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon: chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon: ground cinnamon
- 1 cup: coconut milk
- 1/8 cup: coconut flour
- to liking: nuts / berries
- Mix all ingredients (except coconut flour) into a small sauce pan on low heat to let come to a light boil.
- Place cooked ingredients into a small bowl with coconut flour and mix well
- Add toppings to liking and enjoy!
