Grain-free Hemp Seed Porridge

The inspiration for the meal is given by Leanne Vogel The Keto Diet

Ingredients include the following:

  • 2 tablespoons: coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup: hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon: chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon: ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup: coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup: coconut flour
  • to liking: nuts / berries
  1. Mix all ingredients (except coconut flour) into a small sauce pan on low heat to let come to a light boil.
  2. Place cooked ingredients into a small bowl with coconut flour and mix well
  3. Add toppings to liking and enjoy!
